On April 15, 2026, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida appointed Paul Lopez as Receiver for the above-named entities and individuals, who are named as Defendants in the lawsuit styled Federal Trade Commission v. Innovative Partners, LP, et al., Case No. 26-cv-60976-AHS (S.D. Fla.).
